About Brailo
At Brailo, we believe the best brands, relationships, and ideas are built the same way great mosaics are created, piece by piece, with thoughtfulness and intention.
When choosing a name for our company, we wanted something that could represent a multitude of businesses, services, and partnerships working together under one vision. Much like mosaic art, where individual pieces—sometimes different, sometimes unexpected—come together to create something whole and beautiful, Brailo brings together branding, purposeful gifting, consulting, and creative solutions to serve businesses, nonprofits, and communities.
The name Brailo was inspired by renowned mosaic artist Stephen Brailo.
Over the eras, mosaics have been used to tell the story of life—through patience, craftsmanship, and vision. That philosophy is at the heart of our company. We bring together ideas, people, and products to create something meaningful, where every relationship and project becomes part of a larger picture. Because the most impactful businesses—like the most beautiful mosaics—are built one thoughtful piece at a time.
Meet Jamie
Custom Backsplash by Stephen Brailo
Visionary. Builder. Relationship champion.
Jamie Peniston Vann has been described as ambitious, passionate, persistent, creative, energetic, compassionate — and above all, authentic. At her core, Jamie is a servant leader who believes great businesses are built by creating spaces where value, fairness, and thoughtfulness thrive.
For more than 25 years, Jamie has been a “get-it-done” entrepreneur; founding, co-founding, and leading six businesses, including two nonprofits — all centered on one thing: people and impact. She’s helped leaders move from idea → strategy → execution, quickly and intentionally.
As Founder & President of Spirit of Discovery Park and Co-Founder of the St. Louis Blues Blind Hockey Club, Jamie became a voice for underrepresented communities, helping reshape how disability is seen through sport, advocacy, and leadership. Those experiences confirmed a belief she carries into every venture: When you lead with inclusion, everyone rises.
Earlier in her career, Jamie also gained invaluable experience working with Disney’s Test Marketing Store, where she learned the power of storytelling, brand experience, and intentional attention to detail; lessons that still shape how she approaches business today.
Today, as Co-Founder of Brailo Sales & Service, alongside her husband of 25 years, Jamie helps organizations and individuals use purposeful promotional products and strategic gifting as a true relationship-building strategy — helping brands move beyond transactional merchandise to thoughtful items that strengthen connection, culture, and loyalty.
In addition to product strategy, Jamie provides one-on-one consulting ranging from authors, real estate and banking professionals, nonprofits, sports teams, and brides. Listening and curating intentional touchpoints that elevate their brand and relationships while translating their vision into tangible experiences people keep, use, and remember.
The goal at Brailo is never just to give something away — it’s to create something meaningful that reflects the relationship behind it. Whether that is in the form of safety-green tees and stickers or Waterford crystal, Cutco Cutlery, scrubs, Weber grills, or YETI coolers — every piece created has one goal: help people feel seen, valued, and remembered through thoughtfulness.
The mission behind everything Jamie builds is simple: empower people, strengthen relationships, and build brands that mean something — not more stuff that ends up in the trash or on a Goodwill shelf.
Relationship over transaction. Meaning over merchandise.
